Operation: Rise Up! MVP360's Give Back initiative. We are a youth development organization and non-profit (501c3) with over 13 years of experience, dedicated to using sports as a vehicle for positive change and personal growth. The "MVP" stands for Motives, Values, and Personality, while "360" represents a well-rounded approach to development encompassing education, fitness, social acceptance, and emotional well-being.

ORU offers multi-sport and single-sport camps (e.g., flag football, lacrosse, basketball—including 3x3 tournaments), skill development, recreational programs, and customizable experiences for all ages and abilities. They partner with national organizations (like USA Lacrosse, Jr NBA, USA Basketball) and employ experienced coaches, professional athletes, and mentors. Special programs include Operation: Rise Up! Leadership First Academy, STEaM Up, Street Sports USA, Gameday Officials, and TRU Entertainment.
Our Focus
Operation: Rise Up! Is focused on bringing program to the underserved population across the globe. We offer low to no cost programming by partnering with existing organizations, through our partners or on our own. We assist in building new programs or enhance existing programs. We also plan seeds of hope through Sports, Education & Entertainment (SEE).
Primarily focused on ages 4-14
We provide programs that build confidence, character, and leadership through sports and mentorship. ​From youth sports camps to leadership training, we create opportunities that go beyond the playing field. We believe sports are more than games.​
Education
Primarily focused on Middle and High School
Our educational programs include STEaM Up! Leadership First Academy and Legacy Lab. We focus on career development, entrepreneurship and trades.
Entertainmemt
Primarily focused on free, community events.
