Leadership First offers comprehensive youth mentorship programs to inspire, educate, and empower young individuals. Through initiatives such as STEaM Camps, Leadership First Academy and Xplore Arts, youth gain practical skills, develop leadership qualities, and explore career pathways. These programs aim to provide a supportive environment where creativity and learning thrive, ensuring participants are prepared for future challenges.
Leadership First!
Leadership First Lead before you play. Rise before you score.

Leadership First is MVP360’s character program. We use sports, mentorship, and real-world projects to build the habits that outlast a season: teamwork, problem-solving, resilience, and a “together we can” attitude.

At MVP360, sports are more than games. They are a platform for character, discipline, and leadership. Leadership First is how we make that real.

It started as Leadership First Academy, the life-skills side of the total-person model. MVP stands for Mission, Vision, and Purpose. 360 stands for the whole person: education, fitness, social acceptance, and emotional well-being. The Academy grew out of that idea, giving young people a place to work on career readiness, collaboration, and problem-solving when the field was not enough.

Today Leadership First runs through our camps and clinics, from flag football to cheer, and through academy-style sessions on school breaks and in the community. Young athletes still learn the sport. They also leave with skills they can use in school, at home, and on a team.
